Massage Membership Plans are non-refundable. However, they are transferable, if your circumstances change and you are unable to use them.
24 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of illness or inclement weather.
Cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in full charge of your session, as time has been set aside specifically for you.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late your session may be shortened to accommodate others who have appointments following yours.
Full payment for your session will be expected.
