Terms and Conditions for Massage Plans:
- It must be completed within 12 months. Recommended frequency: One massage/month.
- You may share your massages with family members.
- 24-hour Cancellation Policy. (see below for details)
- Offers cannot be combined.
- Massage Plans are non-refundable. However, they are transferable, if your circumstances change and you are unable to use them.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of illness or inclement weather.
- Cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in full charge of your session, as time has been set aside specifically for you.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late your session may be shortened to accommodate others who have appointments following yours.
- Full payment for your session will be expected.
