Shoulder Pain No More Review
This is my honest, tell it like it is Shoulder Pain No More Review. Now if you have persistent annoying shoulder pain chances are that it’s negatively impacting your work and personal life.
You’re conflicted because you tried some of the exercises that your physical therapist gave you, but that dull shoulder pain and even burning shoulder pain is still keeping you up at night. The thought of having to get another medical opinion is stressful and what if you need to get a cortisone shot will that help or just mask the pain for a little bit or be a waste of time.
Well, I have good news for you, a former chronic shoulder pain sufferer by the name of Joe Brent did all the hard work and chronicled his journey from excruciating shoulder pain to completely healed, and you know what? He beat his shoulder pain for good without surgery and completely rehabilitated himself from the comfort of his own home.
When Joe injured his shoulder from a combination of working out incorrectly and bad posture, he spent hours every day digging through medical and sports literature, talking to medical experts, professional athletes and anyone he could find that had any experience of shoulder and rotator cuff injuries. He realized that it was possible to skip the surgery and the physical therapy appointments and do all the stretches and exercises on his own.
In just a few weeks, Joe was able to heal his own shoulder pain. He wanted to share his successful experiences with others and show them how to quickly rehab their shoulder injuries and that’s how he came up with his shoulder pain relief guide called Shoulder Pain No More.
So here’s my Shoulder Pain No More Review.
Quick summary of what’s inside:
It’s a 69-page ebook that right from the bat, Joe shares his personal 2-month shoulder rehab journey in the form of 13 pages of extracts taken from a log he kept of his shoulder injury, written as he went through the process of self diagnosis and rehabilitation. It was inspiring to see how through he was and he recommends you do the same as you follow along in his program.
Then, you get a little anatomy lesson of the shoulder and rotator cuff muscles, which is very helpful in understanding and visualizing the musculature right before you begin your shoulder’s recovery program.
Pages 22-27 go over what health supplements to take to assist in the recovery of your shoulder pain. I found this section fascinating because I take a multi-vitamin, but for instance I never heard of the supplement called Cissus, which apparently helps to rebuild tendons and ligaments and promote a speedy and full recovery of shoulder tissue damage.
Pages 29-32 covers the muscle injuries and pages 33-36 goes over the common treatments for shoulder pain.
Where’s the good part? You might be asking. Pages 37-44 goes over the 11 stretches to improve your shoulder’s range of motion.
What I really liked about this was the easy to follow, full color pictures. To be honest, I just wanted to skip the page 37, but if you want to get good results from Shoulder Pain No More, please don’t skip.
Pages 45-60 After the stretching sequences, you”ll learn how to rebuild your shoulder strength with 18 exercises.
Pages 61-64 covers beginner, intermediate and advanced rehab routines.
Lastly, pages 65-69, you’ll learn tips for avoiding future shoulder injuries.
PROS of Shoulder Pain No More
- Easy to follow, full color pictures of stretches and shoulder exercises
- Downloadable ebook- instant access
- Only 69 pages, so it’s a fairly quick read.
- Written by a real person who got real results
- Helpful advice on Supplements (didn’t know much before I read his book)
- Bonus material included such as expert interviews with people who recovered from a variety of shoulder injuries plus Joe’s personal online resources of internet research about shoulder relief videos.
CONS of Shoulder Pain No More
- You have to take action to get the results. Not a quick fix for shoulder pain, but if you do the homework, you WILL get results.
- Would have liked to see some self massage techniques for the shoulder (being a massage therapist). In fact, massage for shoulder pain wasn’t mentioned until the very last page and it was in reference to his online resource and shoulder massage videos he found. But, overall that’s OK because it’s not easy to massage your own shoulder. Using tennis balls and the Back Buddy Trigger Point massage tool can help, but booking a professional massage is so much more effective and when I throw in massage cupping…forget about it. Say goodbye to those knots in your shoulder…but I digress.
CONCLUSION
I give Shoulder Pain No More 4.5 out of 5 stars. It’s missing half a star because it didn’t mention self massage techniques, but other than that, I’d highly recommend getting a copy for yourself and at $39.95, it’s a steal.
