How do I book a couples massage?
Couples massages or back-to-back massages for multiple people are performed by a single therapist. To book, please fill out the Request an Appointment Form and include a note in the “Therapist Notes” section indicating that you’d like to schedule a couples massage. Be sure to specify any preferences or needs you have.
How should I prepare for an in-home table massage?
Prepare a quiet space with enough room for the massage table and for the therapist to move around. Ensure the area is clean and comfortably warm.
What do I need to provide for the therapist?

How do I book services with Morgan Massage?
For Chair Massage, fill out the Chair Massage Booking Form. For In-Home Table Massage, use the Request an Appointment Form. Book Chair Massage two weeks in advance and In-Home Table Massage 48 hours in advance.
How do I pay for Morgan Massage with an HSA/FSA account?
Massage therapy is generally eligible for reimbursement by a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). To pay using your HSA/FSA, simply use your HSA/FSA debit card at the time of payment. If required, we can provide you with a detailed receipt for reimbursement purposes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, unless due to inclement weather or an emergency. If you’re feeling unwell, please cancel the appointment as soon as possible to allow time to accommodate another client.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept electronic payments via Square. For chair massage services, you’ll receive a Square invoice to pay. For in-home massage services, a Square payment link will be sent to you prior to your appointment. Gratuities are optional and can be given directly to the therapist.
