• In-Home Massage and Corporate Services: Our licensed therapists provide mobile massage services, including in-home and corporate chair massages. By booking a service, you agree to adhere to these terms.
• Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
• Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the massage session. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

2. Massage Service Policies

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Show Policy: If the client is not present or unavailable at the scheduled time, the full service fee will be charged. We appreciate prompt communication to avoid any confusion.
• Service Area: Morgan Massage services are available in the Greater Boston and MetroWest areas. Clients outside this region may be subject to additional travel fees, which will be discussed during booking.
• Home Environment: Clients are required to provide a clean, safe, and quiet space for the massage session. The environment should be free of disturbances, including pets, excessive noise, or unsafe conditions. If the environment is deemed unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the session and charge a fee.
• Parking Availability: Clients must ensure parking is available near the service location. If paid parking is required, the cost will be added to the final service fee.
• Medical Conditions: Clients are required to disclose relevant medical conditions prior to booking a massage. This ensures the therapist can provide a safe and effective treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or outside the therapist’s scope of practice.
